If you are considering using Happy Housekeepers let me tell you about my first excellent experience.
Due to health reasons I have not been able to care for our home as I wish. My husband works and he had been doing his best. Even though he could do a quick weekly cleaning, all of those important details that make your home feel good were not getting attended too. And the big things were being left out too, like mopping and dusting. So I made some inquiries, first starting by asking friends and then going to the internet. That’s how I found Happy Housekeepers. From the start Paula, Stan and Tony were friendly, courteous and professional. I was new to hiring a cleaning service. All of my interactions with Happy Housekeepers have been very positive. Letting strangers into the home can be tough. Especially when ones home is not in good order. With Happy Housekeepers it went smoothly and I was comfortable from the start. Stan came to give me my free estimate and the cleaners came soon after. I began by booking a 2 hour cleaning. If you do not know what to have done they are all very experienced and clear about the services they can offer to their customers. Jessica and Rochelle arrived exactly when expected, right on the hour and immediately got to work. All of my requested tasks were completed in one hour (half the time I booked for) and I was charged for just that one hour, when Tony came in and we did a walk through inspection. Everything glowed and shinned! The floors were mopped clean, everywhere was dust free, it smelled fresh! It was like a dream come true! Not only was the job completed in half the time, everything was sparkling and tidy. So many lovely personal touches also! And the best part was that everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about my satisfaction. Safe, friendly, trustworthy and hard working. You are taken care of. There is no pressure to book a certain amount of jobs. Once you’re in the system, just call when needed and they’ll schedule you. Perfect for a thorough clean-up, Spring cleaning, great for important company, the holidays or just to feel good about your home. I highly recommend Happy Housekeepers. I will definitely be using Happy Housekeepers again and again. Thank you very very much!

I would like to recognizing both Jessica and Brittany. They
both are been most pleasant to work with.
While I don't see them often they are very nice and professional when I do.
They are very neat and always do a thorough job.
When our house was being painted which took a few months they worked around the challenges.
When our tile floors were cleaned and new cleaning methods were recommended they were most accommodating with the change in process.

I have never been much of a housecleaner, and have always relied on Happy Housekeepers to make our house a home. The women who come to our house twice a month are so cheerful and so skillful and they leave us sparkling. They're nice to our cats and they find grime wherever it hides. I don't know where we'd be without the always reliable services of Happy Housekeepers!

I have used other local cleaning services in the past and was always unimpressed. So when I was in a time crunch to get an entire house cleaned top to bottom, I thought I would give HH a try. The staff that came to clean my house did a wonderful job. I don't think my house has been that clean in years! I had an individual who cleaned for me for a couple of years, but started half way doing things, then not showing up, etc. But the two ladies who came from Happy Housekeepers stepped right up to the job, did a fantastic job, were pleasant, professional and went above and beyond in their service. I highly recommend Happy Housekeepers, they strive to keep their customers happy.

I used individuals for years and had to deal with last minute calls that they could not come when I expected them or with someone showing up with her child who was sick and didn't go to school or whose babysitter was sick, etc.

We have used Happy Housekeepers for more than 25 years and have always been pleased with their work. Since we have used this service for so many years, the cleaning teams have changed from time to time; but they each show a level of professionalism and care for my home and furnishings. They are clean and pleasant and will do anything I request. They also pretty much know what specifics I need such as Windexing glass top tables--even if a new cleaning team comes. I also like that the administrative staff is willing to make any changes in the schedule if we go out of town or if we need them to do an extra job. In the many years we have used them,, there have been few issues--but they have always been more than willing to redo or make things right. The fact that they are bonded and insured is a plus...and I know they are legal and their Social Security is being paid.

The older I get, the harder it is for me to do deep house cleaning. I usually do the general "picking up and straightening" and leave the heaver jobs for them. But they are willing to do whatever you need. I recommend them without hesitation.

I would like to say that I am completely satisfied with the results of the work as well as all five people I met and spoke with. The apartment is far cleaner than it would be had I cleaned it up and it was well worth the price to save the time it would have taken me.  Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend your service to anyone who might need it!

I never used a house keeping company before moving to Roanoke 9 years ago so I was a bit reluctant. I thought a single individual was the way to go. But I interviewed Happy Housekeepers and decided to give it a try. I have never looked back. Their service is excellent. They are always accommodating to special requests. I love our regular team of Chris and Jenn, but using a service there are backups when needed. Give them a try!

No job is too big or too small. They are polite, prompt, detail oriented and always get the job done in a timely manner.
